Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• Other required certifications as identified by SAHS crosswalk.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and develop care plans.
• Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications.
• Document nursing services accurately and promptly.
• Advocate for patient rights and safety; ensure compliance with policies.
• Communicate with the care team and educate patients/families.
