Job summary

Shalom Park in Aurora, CO seeks an experienced RN to lead the night shift, setting resident-directed quality care and QoL standards in a nursing home setting. You will supervise夜shift care partners, administer medications, and coordinate staffing with nursing leadership.

Requires Colorado RN license, 5–10 years nursing experience with leadership, and BLS/CPR. This role supports a 9PM–7AM schedule, 10-hour night shifts on weekends, with potential PT or FT options depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Colorado RN in good standing.
• 5–10 years related nursing experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise night shift and coordinate staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to night shift staff and be on-call for complex clinical issues.
• Staffing coordination for night shift to address changes and acuity.
• Notify and relay changes to staff; communicate with nursing leadership.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Document interventions and patient assessments in medical records.
• Lead resident-centered quality care and QoL standards in the community.
