Job summary

Cedarview is seeking an experienced full-time RN Supervisor for the night shift to ensure safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge. You will lead nursing staff, supervise Nursing Assistants, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the multidisciplinary team in a long-term care setting.

Candidates must hold an Ohio RN license with CPR certification and have at least one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, therapeutic resident care.
