Job summary

Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living is seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor – RN for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift with rotating weekends and holidays. The role is full-time and pays $45.00 - $48.00/hour based on experience, with a focus on resident care leadership and team supervision.

Responsibilities include managing nurses and CNAs, monitoring residents' conditions, following physician orders, and ensuring safety and compliance with standards. CPR/BLS and MA RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience; LTC setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee residents' nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders.
• Identify changes in residents' conditions and report them, ensuring safety.
• Instruct staff on policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
