Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Rhode Island or via Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Graduate of a School of Nursing with current RI license.
• SafetyCare and AHA BLS certification, Lead RN training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling of all Nursing and Behavioral Health staff during the shift.
• Serve as first-line administrator in consultation with Nursing Administrator on Call.
• Provide clinical support for decision making and direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Brown University Health/Bradley policies and patient safety programs.
• Coordinate admissions when Patient Registration is closed and act as Incident Commander when needed.
