Job summary

Bradley Hospital is seeking a nursing leader to supervise all Nursing and Behavioral Health staff during shifts, providing clinical support and leading decision making for patient care. This role acts as a first-line nursing administrator during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, coordinating admissions and liaising with pharmacy, labs and medical supply services.

The successful candidate will hold Rhode Island RN licensure, maintain SafetyCare and AHA BLS certifications, and bring 3–5

Qualifications

• Licensure as Registered Nurse in Rhode Island.
• Graduate of a school of nursing with current license to practice in Rhode Island.
• Maintain SafetyCare and AHA BLS certification and Lead RN training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Nursing and Behavioral Health staff during shift.
• Provide clinical support for decision making and patient care.
• Lead code team and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate admissions and off-hours liaison with support services.
