Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor Patient Care Delivery RN for 12-hour Night shifts. This role reports to the Director of Capacity Command Center and oversees regional float staff, staffing office, and transfer center during assigned shifts.

The RN will direct daily operations, collaborate with multi-departments, and ensure safe patient placement while supporting growth of the Capacity Command Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required.
• 3 years of Recent acute care clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and supervisory activities during assigned shift.
• Direct daily operational and personnel activities of designated facility(s) for Patient Placement and the NorCal Regional Transfer Center.
• Serve as nursing resource in collaboration with ministry house supervisors and transfer centers.
• Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure nursing needs are met.
