Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a Supervisor Patient Care Delivery RN for night shifts. This part-time role leads the patient flow, coordinates regional transfer center operations, and acts as a nursing resource across facilities in the NorCal region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• 3 years of recent acute care clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and supervisory activities of regional float staff, staffing office, and transfer center during shift.
• Direct daily operational and personnel activities of designated facility(s) for Patient Placement and the NorCal Regional Transfer Center.
• Serve as nursing resource in collaboration with ministry house supervisors and intervene in staffing decisions and patient assignments as necessary.
• Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patients' nursing care needs are met.
