Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year charge nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Coordinate patient flow and supervise float staff during assigned shift.
• Intervene as nursing resource in difficult situations or medical crises.
• Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient needs are met.
