Job summary

Rose Mountain Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time RN 11-7 Supervisor to lead the night shift and maintain resident safety. The role includes patient assessments, medication distribution, treatment and clinical documentation, and supervision of the 11-7 nursing staff and other team members.

The supervisor works closely with the ADON, DON and Unit Managers to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduated of an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the state of NJ as a RN.
• Current CPR or certified within 90 days of hire
• Other certifications may be required for other areas of the organization

Responsibilities

• Supervise 11-7 Nursing staff and other staff as needed.
• Perform patient assessments and medication distribution.
• Ensure accurate treatment, clinical documentation and QA.
• Coordinate with ADON, DON and Unit Managers on safety and residents.
• Complete required nursing documentation and shift reports.
