Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will oversee delivery of medications and treatments, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure timely admissions and assessments.

The role requires an active RN license in good standing and prior experience in long-term care is preferred. You will maintain documentation, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold infection control standards,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
