• Working Conditions: Communicate effectively; operate a computer; stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds; cope with interruptions and stress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RN Night Supervisor, delivering safe, quality patient care.
• Make staff assignments as directed when serving as Charge Nurse.
• Provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs and uns uncertified staff; supervise and mentor team.
• Coordinate shift operations on the nursing unit under the Director of Nursing.
