Zusammenfassung

Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6am). Lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in a 138-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active PA RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is not required as training is provided. Daily Pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active PA RN license (unencumbered).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations and standards.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents and families about changes.
• Prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership.
