West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations on the 3p-11p shift. This full-time role offers competitive pay, with Daily Pay available, and requires PA RN licensure and BLS CPR.

The supervisor will guide staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality resident care. Join a facility with a 180-bed acute and long-term care footprint, focused on compassionate service and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in PA.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Support compliance with nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership.
