Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for night shifts. Lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality patient care in a 142-bed facility.

This role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and the ability to mentor staff across shifts. The ideal candidate will hold a PA RN license, have at least 1 year in long-term care or rehabilitation, and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision to a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients under supervision
• Conduct nursing assessments, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and outcomes
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, guiding new employees
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, including patient charts and shift reports
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams for seamless care transitions
