Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am). You will supervise nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality resident care with strong leadership and adherence to regulations.

Requires PA RN license and BLS CPR, plus 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. The facility offers tuition reimbursement, benefits, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
