Job summary

River Towne Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Columbus, GA seeks an experienced Nightshift RN Supervisor. You will oversee nursing staff, CNAs and support personnel during the 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and that policies are followed.

Requirements include a GA RN license and CPR certification. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GA RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proven ability to supervise nursing staff during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff, CNAs and support personnel during the night shift.
• Provide guidance and ensure adherence to facility policies.
• Monitor performance and deliver feedback.
• Administer medications and treatments; observe for side effects.
• Document patient history and current health status.
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans with the medical team.
• Maintain safety, infection control and equipment operation.
• Coordinate with day shift and respond to emergencies.
