Job summary

Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Green Springs, Ohio is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for night shift at our long-term care facility.

The RN will oversee nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. A sign-on bonus is offered, with weekend emphasis and comprehensive benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Up to date CPR certification.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis throughout the facility.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs per current regulations.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies as requested.
• Interpret policies to personnel, residents, visitors, and agencies.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
• Report discrepancies to the DON.
