Job summary

Wellstar Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Columbia County Medical Center in Georgia. This full-time night shift position offers 36 hours per week (3/12s) with a sign-on bonus.

The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient- and family-centered care throughout the shift. Responsibilities include care planning, monitoring, and documentation, while upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing Required; Diploma Nursing Required or Bachelor’s Nursing Preferred.
• Active RN licensure in Georgia (or multi-state compact) required.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required or within hire period.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and staff to ensure safe and effective care.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, changes in condition and care provided.
