The ideal candidate holds a Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrates strong leadership with a passion for resident-centered care. Full- and part-time or PRN shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia is required.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, CNAs and other team members during night shift.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff to follow facility policies.
• Monitor staff performance, give feedback and address issues.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects.
• Record patient history and current health status; update care plans.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and privacy during night hours.
• Coordinate with medical team to create and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with EMS if needed.
• Document incidents and prepare shift reports for day team.
