Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a valid RN nursing license in the State of Georgia.
• Maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides care ensuring patient/resident safety.
• Supervises Certified Nurse Assistants, directs work and makes assignments.
• Completes documentation procedures on patients (forms, timelines, Medicare documentation).
• Assists in coordinating the care planning/MDS process and committee meetings.
• Communicates effectively with patients/residents and families.
