Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for Labor and Delivery.

This full-time role features 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations, overseeing the Patient Care Unit and ensuring high-quality patient care in line with the hospital’s mission. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, California RN license, BLS, and at least 3 years in Labor and Delivery, plus Providence in-house training or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years' experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Completed Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the Patient Care Unit to facilitate quality patient care.
• Assume responsibility for the administration of the nursing unit as delegated by or in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
• Provide leadership and supervision in the Labor and Delivery unit as assigned.
