Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA, is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for Labor & Delivery to coordinate the patient care unit and support quality care. This Full-Time role involves 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday rotations.

The RN Nursing Supervisor oversees unit administration in the absence of the Nurse Manager and leads the team to deliver safe, compassionate care on a busy 17-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required on hire.
• National Provider BLS required on hire.
• 3 years' experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Completed Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the Patient Care Unit to facilitate quality patient care.
• Administer nursing unit in absence of the Nurse Manager.
