Qualifications

• Monitors hospital census, coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers, and ensures optimal bed utilization.
• Acts as administrative point of contact for staff, patients, and families during non-business hours.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates resources to ensure safety and quality care.
• Supervises nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and oversight for proper delegation and care delivery.
• Provides administrative decision-making support in absence of department managers.
