Job summary
Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift. The role combines clinical leadership with direct resident care, working the nursing cart and guiding overnight staff.
The RN Supervisor will oversee care from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring high standards, regulatory compliance, and coordination with on-call providers. This is a full-time nights position with competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (required).
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Ability to work a night shift and supervise staff.
Responsibilities
- Work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care during the shift.
- Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments.
- Supervise and support nursing staff overnight.
- Serve as the clinical and operational leader from 7pm–7am.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and standards of care.
- Coordinate with on-call providers, physicians, and ancillary departments.
- Assist with documentation oversight, incident reporting, and clinical follow-up.
