Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (11PM–7AM). The role includes clinical leadership, supervision of nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities for safety and timeliness.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents and families about changes.
• Prioritize care based on clinical urgency and manage multiple residents.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
