Eligible full-time RNs may receive a $15,000 retention bonus and part-time RNs $7,500, with benefits and 24/7 nursing coverage focus.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and staff mentoring.
• Coordinate staffing with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe 24/7 care.
