Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school and an active RN license in PA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead on patient safety and coordinated care across units.
• Coordinate physician orders and nursing assessments, MARs, and logs.
• Mentor and train nursing staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as shift leader for admissions, discharges, and emergencies.
