Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of the facility.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Experience as a charge RN or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead shift across admissions and discharges and coordinate with physicians.
• Ensure accuracy of MARs, charting, and nursing assessments.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure facility compliance with standards.
