Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate census changes and allocate nursing resources accordingly.
• Model customer service and prioritize patient safety.
• Ensure proper staffing ratios and coverage for leave and vacations.
• Maintain accurate chart checks, MARs, and documentation.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other departments; document care.
• Administer medications per policy and update care plans as needed.
• Lead admissions and discharges; communicate changes to physicians.
