Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) for the 3-11 EVE shift. We offer a welcoming work environment where staff are valued and treated like family.

As RN Supervisor you will supervise nursing staff, oversee clinical operations during your shift, ensure quality resident care, and collaborate with the care team to implement care plans while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
