Job summary

Advocate Health’s Internal Progressive Unit (IPU) at Cabarrus, a 28-bed step-down Medical/Surgical unit, cares for a wide range of conditions with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and teamwork. You will join a night shift team delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with ICU and Rapid Response teams.

We value RN experience, BLS certification, and active licensure in the appropriate state, with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• At least 6 months of RN experience; not for new grads.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and ensure evidence-based practice in a fast-paced unit.
