Advocate Health’s Atrium Health Mercy unit 4 South is a 20-bed adult Progressive Care/Step Down ICU. The RN will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care during full-time night shifts (7pm–7am) in a Magnet-designated, Planetree-focused hospital within the Carolinas Medical Center system.

You will work in a high-acuity PCU with complex conditions such as sepsis, renal failure, and respiratory failure, delivering safe care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
