Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher; RN license required.
• Experience in a step-down or intermediate care unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and is accountable for nursing care.
• Coordinates care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to team members.
• Identifies hospital resources and serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates leadership within the unit or department.
