Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required.
• Annual mandatory education requirements.
• Telemetry/Cardiac Rhythm Course training within 3 months or upon orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate nursing care to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Identifies opportunities for individualized patient care based on needs and culture.
• Performs initial and ongoing nursing assessments to determine care needs.
• Develops and revises the plan of care to address nursing needs for optimum outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and other clinical disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
• Delivers patient teaching related to health care problems and discharge planning.
