You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families throughout the care journey.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent; RN license, BLS, and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure in Iowa.
• BSN preferred; ADN may be considered with experience.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care to patients and families.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and update care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses.
• Document care and communication using hospital systems.
• Perform infection control and safety procedures per policy.
