Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating with residents, families and the care team.

You will collaborate with the inter-disciplinary staff, plan and evaluate care, and ensure safety and quality standards. Night shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am on a part-time schedule with rotating weekends and holidays; sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the care team.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
