Job summary

Valley Baptist Emergency Center - Harlingen is seeking a Registered Nurse for the full-time night shift. The RN provides direct clinical care, assesses and plans patient care per shift, and supervises staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing services. You will coordinate care across the unit, administer meds per policy, and participate in HICS as needed.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BLS required, ACLS/PALS/NRP per policy. Preference for BSN/Master's.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: Recent acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement direct clinical care per shift.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Coordinate patient care within the nursing process; ensure safety and quality.
