Job summary

Valley Baptist - Harlingen is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift to provide direct clinical care, assess and plan care, and supervise staff under the CNO. The role emphasizes safe, high-quality nursing practice across patient care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current licensure.
• Preferred bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
• AHA BLS certification is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Coordinate patient care in adherence with nursing processes.
• Respond to emergencies and follow hospital incident command procedures.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
