Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications required or to be obtained within stated timelines.
• Minimum of one year experience as an RN in acute care; ER/ICU preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.
• CEN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming patients to determine severity and prioritize care.
• Provide direct patient care, including medications, procedures, vital signs, and pain management.
• Assist with life-saving interventions as needed (ACLS, PALS, trauma).
• Maintain composure in high-stress, fast-paced shifts and coordinate care for multiple patients.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and discharge plans.
