Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all care phases.

Full-time evening/night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am) with weekend rotation, generous incentives including a $1.25 shift incentive and sign-on bonus for eligibility, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Possesses multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, and provide education and interventions.
