Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN for a part-time night shift (10:00pm–6:30am), rotating weekends/holidays. The role involves providing individualized nursing care in a 79-bed LTC facility, coordinating care with the care team and residents, while meeting professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate and perform nursing interventions within scope of practice.
