Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE is seeking a licensed RN to join our long-term care team. The RN will use the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safety and quality in every shift.

The role supports night shifts: 12-hour blocks, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, part-time schedule with 28 hours weekly, and a strong focus on continuous education, patient advocacy, and efficient care delivery. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure (NLC state).

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Possess leadership responsibilities to delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel when appropriate.
