Qualifications

• RN license in the state where practice occurs and/or multi-state licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
