Qualifications

• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of basic fetal monitoring class by orientation end; NCC certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical competence using the nursing process and develops a synergistic nurse-patient relationship.
• Assesses patient problems/needs, establishes a care plan, and evaluates care provided.
