Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool on the night shift. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple units within Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits. Epic experience is preferred, and BSN is encouraged. You may float to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, Ortho, and other units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU and other specialties.
• BLS required; CC/ACLS for Critical Care depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across units and facilities within Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient populations.
