Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, delivering expert adult/geriatric care across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent, RN licensure, and 1 year of recent bedside Med/Surg experience (2 years for ED/ICU). You’ll assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care, with night shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide nursing care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU as assigned within the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
