Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within a regional footprint. The role supports Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and other units, with night shifts and part-time 24 hrs/week.

Requires an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure, and 1+ year bedside experience (2+ years for ICU). BSN preferred; Epic experience is a plus. Sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure and compliance with state requirements.
• 1+ year of bedside RN experience; 2+ years for ICU/specialized units.
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across diverse units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU.
• Serve multiple facilities within the regional footprint.
• Maintain licensure and meet state requirements; ensure safety and quality in care.
