Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Rapid Response Team on a full-time night shift. The RN will respond to codes, administer patient care, and monitor high-risk patients to prevent codes.

This role requires bedside nursing skills, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to hospital policies. Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care, and supporting ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Alabama RN license or valid multistate RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to codes and administer patient care on the unit.
• Follow up with high risk patients to reduce code occurrence.
• Communicate and collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide compassionate nursing care during night shifts.
