Health First is seeking an experienced RN to provide quality nursing care per patient plan in a per diem capacity. The role emphasizes No Harm, patient education, and collaborative care with the health team.

This position requires Florida RN licensure, English language proficiency, and the ability to participate in evening to night shifts. The nurse will document care, coordinate plans, and contribute to positive patient experiences at Health First facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to individual patients following standards of practice.
• Demonstrate effective medication administration and patient care delegation.
• Document care and changes in patient condition in the health record.
• Engage in patient and family education as part of the care plan.
• Maintain safety and quality through competency assessments and teamwork.
